The crew was polite and worked hard when they were there but for a job initially scheduled from 12-1 pm start time, it was pushed to 2pm, then 4-5pm, but the movers didn’t get there until 7:15pm. We had scheduled a 4 man crew for 4 hours. By the time they arrived, my husband and 17 year old had pretty much emptied a 26ft box truck. They brought 3 men, not 4 even after being told they had 4 men. All they had to move was the big stuff with a dolly. They worked for about 45 minutes yet even with being late we still had to pay the 2 hour minimum. If they had been on time, I probably would have no complaints. However when you are working on a limited time frame, people being on time is crucial which is why I give 2 stars.

Leroy and Keon are awesome! On time, got to work right away, finished way under the 2 hours. Very friendly and courteous guys! The truck was packed superbly, I had no issues on a 1200 mile drive, everything was intact and exactly where it was left when we got to our destination. Highly recommend Above the Rest!
