The four guys that came to move me, were great. They were pleasant and certainly had a system that I appreciated...not a minute was wasted. I moved into a bigger home but I'm afraid I didn't think I would have soooo... much stuff that I don't know exactly where to put it but if I can't find a spot for it, I'll give it to someone who needs it.
I thanked the guys but I don't know if I thanked them enough for the great job they did!

Two day earlier I called this Ultimate Moving Service, informing them we have furniture only to move and no appliances but one. Freezer bring an appliance dolly… No boxes or lamps Two bedroom….
One moving man arrived 13 minutes after the end of the time slot 12-1:00…late. 15 minutes. I wasn’t going to pay for just 1 mover. Talked to Ultimate Moving Service who said the order was for only one mover. Not true my order has 2 …The workers knew more than he did . He was also somewhat combative and rude…The mover who was here said he won’t start the time until the 2 man arrived which was an hour later. 1:15 total late. They Seemed to work slow and a lot of casual working and talking.the truck looked worn,and shabby.they used an undersized regular dolly for freeze.and other furniture I did notice damage on the deck steps from dolly. Lots of bumping and dragging over thresholds. Dent on one of the walls in bedrooms. Not a professional demeanor.Got it moved to new place but they were slow. Ringing It in. Took an extra hour . And I was fine with paying it but they wanted me to pay the money for the extra hour directly to Ultimate Moving Service and bypassing the HireAhelper service. That’s stealing and dishonest. I said the instructions are to call hireAhelper if a change of hours occurred. So I did and then they became very professional when speaking to Hire A helper… This was the lowest cost mover but in the end had to pay extra for extra time and for an amateur moving experience. It should have been a gravy job with no packing no boxes . All furniture was disassembled ready to go! Ultimate a pretty unprofessional moving company.!
