Selecting Smart move llc was a smart move. Awesome awesome, personal and professional at the same time. They went above and beyond my expectations. We had an issue with the pick up of our truck due to them being vandalized overnight. Our move time was scheduled for arrival between 1-2 pm. I remained in contact with Ms. Cynthia on the status of obtaining another truck and all the hurdles that were happening. She was very understanding. Needless to say they stepped in and not only moved my daughter’s household items, they also assisted with breaking down and packing several items. Good people still exist and I thank God for putting them in my path. May God continue to bless and keep them and their company.

the movers showed up on time, worked diligently and found no obstacle too great. They handled my possessions with care, and everything was put in the designated spaces. One gentleman even figured out furniture placement when we had an extra piece. the moving truck arrived late , and a 2nd crew had to come instead , the next day. The company worked out the logistics and everything went well.I would highly recommend using smart move

They were late. They didn’t bring any tools or dolly’s. They rush everything and didn’t even have me sign any paperwork. They were her for only an 1 hour 20 minutes. Thought I would get a refund. Won’t use or refer them at all.

Communications throughout the process was good. The crew showed up on time and were very polite. They did a great job getting everything moved into our house quickly while it rained. Unfortunately, they damaged some of our furniture in the rush. I think that getting done quickly was more important than taking care of our property.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!

Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
