Because our settlement date was rushed, I did not have time to prepare all the stuff that had to be shipped properly. The guys that came to pack the pod did that for me happily. They worked very hard despite the fact that my air conditioner is not operating and it was in the high 80s while they were working.

They were hired for 2 hours and ended up going very slowly and we had to pay for an extra almost 3 more hours. They were not in good shape and had trouble going up and down the steps. And they took almost an hour trying to get our table up the stairs, which they ended up not being able to take apart and get it up our steps. It was all in all very disappointing and stressful.

They arrived before the scheduled start time ready to get the job done. They were professional from start to finish and very efficient. They effortlessly hauled my heavy items, put together my King size bed, and glass desk, and threw things out for me that I did not want. Truly a crew that went above and beyond. Not only that, but these men were very kind and respectful. I absolutely recommend them.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
They can expect a phone call within 24 hours to introduce ourselves and to answer any question or concerns about the process and assure them that they made a great decision in hiring ServiceQuest Moving
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you 24 hours before your scheduled move date to reconfirm your scheduled start time. On the day of your move, we will call or text message you with the exact ETA. Once arrived our uniformed trained professionals will greet you and request a walkthrough. At this time you can point out to the team the items that are going and the items that are not going.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Prior to moving day, have all boxes labeled and inventoried. Make sure all walkways are clear of all items and secure all household pets
What types of moves have you handled?
As a third-generation moving company, We have handled every type of move possible such as very large estate moves, large and small commercial moves along with unique item moves. You name it, we have done it.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is meeting the customers. It's interesting meeting people from all over, some that become lifelong friends. I also like to problem solve and moving can be complicated. I feel a sense of accomplishment when I can ease the tensions of the clients with a seamless move.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I train my crew members by teaching them the proper techniques of lifting and how to properly handle furniture along with common sense. Moving is not about how strong you are. Knowing what to do before you even do it, is what makes a great mover
