I would recommend Alex and his crew with 10 gold stars. They were on time, respective of my property, honest and caring. .. even the phone staff personal were above helpful when I found out I needed another trailer to hold my belonging… everyone went over backwards to meet the time frame and make sure the trailer were delivered and picked up so as not to inconvenient any of my neighbors. Beyond any double they are the best.

Let me start with the positives, they were on time and very polite. They are by far the slowest moving crew I have ever worked with and their rate at $180 per hour is significantly higher than most other moving teams especially when they also take 50% longer to do the work. It took 3 hours for a team of 2 to load up a one bedroom apartment. I had a 1400 mile drive from MI to TX and the way the truck was packed and the boxes were secured with straps was way below industry standards and items moved around a lot during the journey.

Call ahead to let them know our estimated time of arrival, we'll be on time and prepared to get the job done.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure the moving container or truck is there and ready to be loaded/unloaded. Have all boxes packed/labeled and ready to move unless we our providing packing services. As long as those are done try and relax and let us help take some stress off and back pains of moving.
