1. I was at the storage unit at 10:55am. Movers did not arrive until 12:35PM. Despite frequent calls and directions, they kept saying they were "5 minutes away" and arrived over 45 minutes since our first call.
2. They arrived in their private vehicle with one member's girlfriend who stood by our truck the entire time. The 2 members also arrived empty-handed. I specifically booked this service for their ability to provide a moving cart and other equipment. However, when I questioned where their items were, they simply shrugged and said, "My boss doesn't know how to run a business, he's too young. He didn't tell us anything. Now do you want to keep talking or do you want us to move your stuff?"
3. The movers kept asking me to help when I had other pressing matters at hand like signing a lease for an apartment in a city I just moved to after driving 16-hours overnight.
4. They were taking frequent 5-minute breaks. I counted a total of 4 breaks between both members.
5. The movers were going at an incredibly slow pace. Truck was only partially loaded with the remainder of my items still left at the storage unit.
6. A member insisted that he drive with me in the truck and would not take no for an answer. My girlfriend had to sit in between both of us awkwardly without a seat belt.
7. Members frequently asked for under-the-table payments for a little extra time of their service.
8. The individuals used my kitchen island with wheels as their personal moving equipment. When I found out, I told them to stop. One particular individual was extremely rude and told me to step aside or he was going to have to keep rolling the cart over me.
9. The team did not communicate with each other and were unable to move anything into the apartment as they both were at different floors all the time. One team member kept complaining about how he does not want to work with this other guy ever again and that he hates his work ethic. Due to the lack of communication between the team members, literally only 2 sections of my couch were moved into the hallway of my apartment. They were unable to even place it in the unit.
10. Towards the end, the individuals simply stopped working with 10 minutes still left on the clock and took a break. After their break, they said they were done and left.
11. Before leaving, one individual made a racist remark towards the other member. He said, "You know why ... 'cause he's black. You know black people man, I don't like working with them. They're all like that."
12. My girlfriend and I had to spend the next several hours moving the remainder of our furniture into the apartment ourselves. We then found that they had shattered our Ikea Hovet mirror with the aluminum frame bent inward at the bottom. We had to throw the mirror away. They also damaged our expensive solid wood dresser at multiple locations. We did keep the dresser as we thought we could try and restore it someday.
Overall, I felt that the service I had booked was not performed. I would avoid this company at all costs. I had spoken to the "owner" a few times and he was extremely rude. He dismissed all my concerns and said that there was nothing he could do.

Go Hard Transports was on time and worked very hard! They were able to move everything out of our Second Floor two-bedroom apartment in under 2 hours. The only con was that it was difficult to get in touch with them the day prior to my move to update some of the details of my reservation. I would recommend them and use them again.

Incredibly unprofessional. Showed up 30 minutes late, and did not communicate effectively about it. They did not have the packing tape to wrap items or the tools to take apart my bedframe. Thankfully my roommate had moved the day before and had both. I hired 3 workers but only two actually did any work which caused the job to last significantly longer than needed. I would not recommend using this service.

Nez and his team did a great job moving and picking the truck. I live on 3rd floor with no elevator and they were professional and never complained in 90 degree weather.
Nez did an unbelievable job packing the uhaul. There is no way I could have packed it has well as he did and everything inside arrived safely after a 6 hr drive.

They were great. They helped take apart and assemble the treadmill so that it would fit in the basement. They also took a large fridge into the basement with ease. Quick unloading, and very nice!

I had two movers come to help me move my larger pieces of furniture. They were cordial, came on time, called in advance to let me know when they would arrive, were respectful, took good care of my furniture; and attended to my every need.
I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who need movers.
