The guys were great but thier boss wants to charge me extra. You need to let customers know the total cost. I would have booked movers at both ends if I had known that they were going to charge me for travel time. It said $0.00 for travel in the add. Buyer beware!!

The two men that unloaded my moving truck were fantastic. Very attentive to ensuring that larger items didn't nick or dent the walls and vice-versa. Our unload didn't take the entire two hours so they offered to move a few things from the garage to the lanai, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend the Naples crew.

Did a great job. Wrapped everything in moving blankets that came with our rental truck, and then wrapped again in shrink wrap.
Loaded the truck & secured everything with ratchet straps I got at Home Depot. Guys were friendly & professional.
Saved me from having to lug a 7 piece sectional couch down stairs and to the truck.
The owner Patrick stayed in touch and checked afterwards to make sure all was good.

They showed up right on time. They had a wonderful attitude which came through from their introduction to their playing some music as they unloaded the pod. Sometimes you get a feeling from folks that they are doing a job nothing more wish they were somewhere else. Not these people. They went straight to work moving the items, had additional items (dolly and wheeled cart) to help them move the big furniture items, and they got the whole job done in under the time I expected. A great job and well worth the hire.

Problems with payment at end of job. There was no one at base office to answer questions. Had to wait additional 30 minutes to complete transaction.
