So long story short, things got confused on their end. We changed our date (days ahead), as our home closing got moved up. We received a text saying 2 guys would arrive between 9 and 10 the day before. No show…their records didn’t show the change even though we got a text. Finally, they showed up at 3:30. Worked an hour, far from a stellar job loading our furniture. And then, to add insult to injury, we were overcharged…a same day service fee. Huh?
Will not recommend these guys. Moving is stressful enough without adding unnecessary headaches.

They came late, without a dolly.
They did not want to put boxes in the right rooms. So, they left everything in the entryway
They were so slow, my boyfriend and I had to help them and carry the boxes ourselves.
With our help they finished the job 30 min early and instead of moving the boxes from the entryway to each appropriate room they just left.
We called the company to complain and they offered to send help after the fact. We had such a bad experience that we were not willing to take another chance.
I do not recommend this company.
