The crew was on time to begin the moving of household good from the large moving trailer into my 3-car garage. To my surprise 5 very energetic young men (I was expecting 4) showed up. This group led by Demark did a very professional job while unloading and re-stacking my belongings in my garage. No damage was inflicted on my furniture as these men went about this task. I would recommend High Five Movers, Hire A Helper without hesitation.

I would think twice about using this company!
Showed up almost 2 hours late for unpack. For load, smoked in the cargo truck, took breaks every 10 minutes, spent 30 minutes sitting in girlfriend’s car, rude, zero accountability, and did not treat my belongings with anything type of care or respect.
If I could rate Hire-a-Helper as well - one star!

They were late coming and going nice guys they weren't aware I had more stuff which I did tell them so they had to rearrange everything in truck it would if been less time if they listened

Justin was an incredibly hard worker the whole time! They were very polite & respectful. Even made sure I was happy were everything was placed. Asked if I wanted anything moved to a different area. Pleased with the service again!

The worst possible movers I have ever encountered. They smoked in my truck they spent more time on the telephone and smoking and they did loading the truck when we went to unload they were an hour and 35 minutes late and so we wouldn’t have to pay for another day of the truck we started unloading the truck ourselves and by the time they did show up we really didn’t need them anymore but we still had to pay for
