They were amazing! They were so knowledgeable about packing pods! We thought we were going to need 3 pods, and they got everything into 2 pods with an hour to spare! They were very careful, hard working, so nice and helpful! We hope they will help us on the unloading side as well!

Jonathan and his partner were GREAT !!!!!!!!!!!!!! My mother and father in law could not say enough about them . They were early , very prepared , she said they worked like TROJANS - never took a break -- very, very respectful and is requesting the same guys come back on Thursday . Jonathan and TJ were great. They were on time, efficient, and polite. They were able to load the container is under an hour! They took care with the packing and packed the POD with a balanced load. Yes, I would use them again.

They had a 1pm - 2 pm window. I got a text and a phone call from Jonathan saying his ETA was 230 pm. Fully understandable. He apologized and was there at 230. Jonathan and Derrick worked very hard and efficiently. Would recommend them to anyone!

Both men showed up ready to work! They did an excellent job loading our truck making sure everything was probably wrapped and covered. They even completed the expected 2 hour job in just over an hour. Highly recommend these two.

Promptly arrived on time and ready to go. They were careful unloading our four PODS like it was their own household goods. They put everything where we asked and set up out bedrooms set perfectly. They were extremely courteous and very friendly. I don't think I could have asked for a better, hard working crew. I have been moved many times in my career by professional moving companies but I've yet come across a better group than All-Star Movers.

A call to discuss the details of your upcoming move, as well as some helpful tips to help you prepare prior to our arrival.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call/text with a expected time of arrival, and a final check to see if you need any addtional items.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The best preparation is done by having all items boxed and ready to go prior to arrival. It's also helpful to have a clear idea of what items are going and what items are not going on the upcoming move, in the case that all items are not going. Its also helpful to make it known which items are "must go" items, and which items are "if we have room left" items.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide range of moves including local, long distance, office, and just about every type of move that comes to mind. We have been to 48 states during our time doing long distance moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We have 2 favorite parts when it comes to moving. The 1st favorite is the challenge of loading items, and the game of tetris that comes with it. The 2nd favorite part is the physical workout that comes with moving, it keeps us in shape.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We train our movers on proper lifting techniques, proper loading techniques, and the many ways to protect furniture as well as protecting the floors, walls, and doorways of the house.
