Horrible service. The packing was sub par. Multiple ruined items and couldn’t fit things because of how badly it was packed. The owner refuses to accept any responsibility because his son is one of the employees. Nice enough guys. But bad movers. Owner is awful.

Mover's response:
You were there for the packing and I called you several times and you said they were doing a great job and you approved of the job as they closed the door. Confused by the review based on what the team said and our conversations even as you were on the road and still saying good things about them.

They did a good job. Not exceptional but good. They were both very friendly. The leader was a hard worker, was proactive, and was very helpful. The other guy was a hard worker but didn't seem to pay much attention. There were boxes stacked on top of boxes labeled "Fragile" and boxes labeled "Keep Up" with arrows pointing to the Up orientation laying on their side with other boxes on top. Again, a hard working pair but just not exceptional.

Had to take a star off because of scheduling. We had scheduled an arrival at 9:30 to load a rental truck for and out of state move. When they didn’t show up in the arrival window it took about 30 minutes to make contact with the owner and get workers sent out. They arrived at noon and worked tirelessly until everything was loaded. Employees were polite, respectful of our things and hard workers that knew how to load. However it did mean that we had to do some packing that we had not planned to do and could not make the drive until the next day. I felt the owner should have offered a concession of some type for the delay.

Would have liked them to provide moving supplies and help pack. Would also have liked a better estimate of the price of job which was a lot more than quoted. Nice group though. Worked hard.

Mover's response:
Thank you for your review. When 2 flights of stairs and a small elevator are involved plus covering and shrink wrapping every piece of furniture and packing it, it always adds time that you couldn't have anticipated. We could have supplied shrink wrap had we known in advance. We could have also helped pack boxes but it would have added more time. We also missed hearing that you needed help packing boxes. You pretty much already had it done when we got there. We enjoyed meeting you and helping you and we appreciated the giant pizza and a short break. You have a lovely family and your work as a doctor is greatly appreciated. Many blessings on you and your new home in South Florida.

Get To Know Us

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

A confirmation text and a call prior to the move to verify that nothing has changed and to discuss any details that might be important to the move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Expect a call or text from the team with their ETA. They will arrive with equipment and take direction from the customer as to their priorities and or plan regarding the move. They have been trained to move all items with care including taking great care as they move not to damage floors, walls and doors.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure that if they have not ordered us to bring pads, shrink wrap and ropes or tie-downs to make sure they have them ready to be used by the team to protect and secure everything for loading. The same for packing regarding the proper materials needed to carefully pack up their items.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have handled local as well as long distance and office moves. We have helped a lot of active military, veterans and seniors with their planned moves. We even helped move all of the furniture out of one school and moved it into another school including setting up the classrooms. We also had a big job for Uhaul Storage in Pensacola after a tropical storm tore up half of the facilities roof and we had to move their customers items from the damaged units and into new units.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Completing a job and seeing the relief in the customer's face and their outward appreciation for making their move less stressful. The same day service requests especially are satisfying because its usually a rescue mission with lots of gratitude from the customer.

What training do you provide your crew members?

Various training videos and hands on training by partnering a new helper with an experienced helper. We also text them helpful hints after reviewing the photos they send us of their work, usually of the loading techniques. Depending on certain big jobs a manager will show up to provide expert level training and advise as they are working. How best to use the different types of equipment and problem solving such as how to move an oversized refrigerator through the front door.
