The helpers were great. We had a bit of a timing problem due to a thunderstorm but it was handled very well by the company. The helpers were quick and prepared. They also loses the container very efficiently and tied everything so that nothing came lose inside our pods. The container was loaded from floor to ceiling and they made sure everything fit from our 2 bedroom apartment.

I had requested the movers show up by 9 but received a phone call a day or two before saying they would not be able to come until 930, which was no problem. I greatly appreciated the phone call. The day of the move however they had some confusion on their end and did not arrive until after 11. Again they called so it was better than totally leaving me hanging. I had luckily reserved my truck well beyond my original estimate so them running late wasn't a problem but if I had only rented it for a few hours I could see it causing a problem. Once the guys were there I found them very professional and efficient. I believe the lateness was not their norm but I still took a star off. I WOULD use them again though.

Hire a Helper was wonderful. When the first helpers I hired didnt show, they had another group, Freight Angels, out the same day. I wanted to have some helpers load all the items we didnt want from my deceased father's home into a dumpster. They got done in half the time and even said they could make could use of some of the games and childrens books. Glad it went to good use and saved some room in the dumpster. Not only were Freight Angels early for the agreed upon window, they were fast curteous and less expensive than the original helper I hired.

They let us know in advance they were running a little late and showed up within 20 minutes of scheduled start time
They were prepared to work quickly after arrival and worked continuously for an hour before their first break.
We had organized the boxes by color before loading and so they were able to rapidly move boxes to the right location. If any boxes were unclear they asked us immediately for its disposition. They were very gentle with the items marked fragile.
I would definitely us them again for my moving needs.
