Overall the service was ok. Hired 3 movers for 3 hours but only 2 came due to the 3rd having car trouble. Entire job took 4 hours due to being short handed.. had we chose to wait for a 3rd mover to show it would’ve pushed us back even further...
They ran out of plastic wrap so weren’t able to wrap all of my furniture and some other things as I asked for when i first booked them, (which is why we were told to book 3 movers 3 hours instead of the 2 movers 2 hours we originally booked) that way all our stuff would be wrapped and the job would be done quicker. But when you don’t come with enough supplies, that doesn’t help.
This was an out of state move so having our stuff properly wrapped was top priority and that wasn’t the case. My husband was very nervous driving the truck knowing this however when our movers (different company) unloaded, everything that they could see was ok and undamaged

My apologies on the 3rd guy that couldn't make it due to the chain of events that occured. Also it was discuss with your husband garrett that he was fine with working with the 2guys only if they were ok with it and that they would try to get another 3rd guy on the way. The crew did bring a brand new roll of shrink wrap as you requested for all of your furniture. Unfortunately it wasn't enough based on the amount of furniture you had. Finally the job went over 1hr w/2men loading a full 26ft truck which in fact w/ 3men its no guarantees that it would have taken exactly 3hrs. I would hire this company again. I utilized their service to load my Pod. They were professional and on time and ready to work. They were really good at dissembling my wall unit and wrapping it with shrink wrap. The guys packed my Pod with the right distribution of weight so that I would not have shifts and movement of my stuff. After loading they made sure they left things in tact. I highly recommend using them and I will use them again.
