Excellent guys. They were on time, and work hard. The only negative point is that they didn't come prepared for the job. They didn't bring a dolly cart in spite of suggesting them to do so the day before.

I would give 6 stars if I could! The guys were outstanding. They were kind and all around great workers. I moved out of a third floor apartment which is a nightmare in and of itself. They moved everything out so quickly and efficiently. The company is worth every penny. I will definitely hire them again. Thank you, guys!

They did everything I asked and made sure everything was exactly where I wanted it. I had some heavy furniture and they were careful not to touch walls or door frames with the items. They worked the whole time they were there and they even came early. I would definitely hire them again.

Dirk and his co-worker did an outstanding job and were a pleasure to work with. They arrived on time, and were super careful to get my furniture out of the house without any scrapes or dings. I would use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

Our two helpers arrived on time and were very kind and respectful. They worked hard and were happy to do things just as we directed.

Don't walk run away from this company! Every piece of furniture they moved was damage, or completely ruined! They also scratched my brand new, $9,000 hard wood floors, after being repeatedly reminded to be careful, and not to drag anything across them!!Additionally, they put the furniture in the wrong rooms, which I had to pay someone to come and move them, along with books, etc. They just dumped and ran. To add insult to injury, there were 1/2 dozen unused moving blankets that they never bothered to cover my furniture with!!! I only moved 15 miles away, my furniture looks like they threw it off the back of the truck! They were in too much of a hurry to get done, and couldn't be bothered doing their job the right way! Calling themselves professional movers is a joke, an insult, and a scam! Beyond awful is an understatement!!!!!!!!!!!! No, they were not on time either! And, no I'd never use them for Anything Ever again!!!! I wouldn't let them move my garbage cans!!!!!!!!

We apologize that you feel this way about the Service, Even though the above statements are false accusations. Unfortunately we have no records of any furniture being damaged except the small surface scratch on the floor that was brought to our Attention the day of the Move. We make sure that ALL furniture is wrapped or draped in blankets for liability reasons. Furthermore we was Informed after the job was completed that the crew worked hard. Even though there was no proof that my guys scratched the floor but however we were willing to rectify the situation regardless to who was at fault being that there was another crew from a different company working inside the house. We reached out several times to resolve the floor situation but never got a response. I understand that these issues occur and no one is absolutely perfect but at Right Budget Labor Service we strive to satisfy our customers 100% as best as possible (just read other reviews). The crew members were 15min late due to Heavy traffic on parkway which you were contacted by the crew leader to inform you that they we’re running late ahead of the scheduled arrival time. Again we apologize that our service was unsatisfactory to you.
