The two guys who showed up were amazing. They only took 2 hours to unload a 26 foot truck and a 12 foot trailer. I hired them for 3 hours - NO REFUND FOR THE UNUSED HOUR! I sure hope the two helpers got paid for 3 hours since the company would not refund the hour I didn’t need. Only 4 stars for charging me 3 hours. The helpers get 5+ stars!

The movers showed up 3h late, with one sitting in the car the whole time. After a walk through of the house they decided that the contents would not fit in the container . We convinced them that it would and they got to work, extremely slowly. After 3 h their time was up and they left, with a lot of the boxes still in the house, not offering to go above that time even though we would have of course paid them for that. Hugely disappointing especially since we were told they had a high rating. Do not recommend this company.

The movers did a good job..However, difficult in trying to figure out who to call for changes to times. Communication breakdown between Hire a Helper and Loaders Moving. Also very long waiting times to get through to talk with someone.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Normally a customer will receive a text message the morning of the move confirming the time. Once arrived and setup the mover will take a walk through , where you would direct them on the things needed to be done. After that all the movers would need are materials(Blankets,Straps,Rope) and TIME.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
1. Mover friendly Boxes = Allows the movers to carry 2/3 smaller lighter boxes vs Large 2. Provide Blankets , Wrap Or straps and make sure they are visible. 3. Separate the items needed to be moved
What training do you provide your crew members?
Crew members receive hands on training until their peak is reached. You may order 2 guys and receive 3 that means one is still in training.
