David and his team did a great job! They were on time, went above and beyond to make sure all my apartment got packed, and we’re communicative beforehand about what supplies I needed to have on hand. Everything was packed securely enough to survive a cross country move over dubious roads in U-Haul without being damaged. They are absolute professionals!

David and his team did a great job! David is a master truck packer and his team worked fast.
When he first got to my apartment, he was upfront about his doubts that my 2BR would fit in a 15’ UHaul (despite that that was the recommendation from UHaul). I ended up getting a bigger truck (he was right - my apt absolutely wouldn’t have fit in the 15’ truck) and David was willing to come back that afternoon to load it and stayed until it was done, despite having worked another job that day as well. He and his team went above and beyond when they didn’t have too.
My one complaint (AND THIS IS NOT A COMPLAINT AGAINST DAVID, MORE AGAINST HIRE-A-HELPER’S POLICIES) is that because I had originally booked them in the morning and then they came back in the afternoon, I had to book (and pay for) a new session. I couldn’t just apply any unused time from the original morning session to the afternoon session. Regardless, David’s packing expertise was 100% worth the money!

I got a phone call the night before verifying my reservation. When they showed up at the time they said they would arrive, we did a quick walk through and they went straight to work. I was loading a 3 bedroom house into. a POD. Clearly there wasn’t enough room for everything to go in it, but they got as much as physically possible without damaging anything. Go2movers is an excellent helper and if I were moving back to San Antonio I would hire them again.

Excellent job for a single family home local move. Had them to pack a U-Haul, and unload the U-Haul at the new house. They Communicated clearly throughout the process, arrived on time, had all of the equipment needed, and very careful and efficient with moving. Provided own tools and disassembled and assembled a table. No damages. Finished ahead of schedule.extremely professional. Strongly recommend for any move services.
