The company left half way through their job!!!! Left me with a full Uhaul! One of the movers said they had to go see their probation officer. And they would be back and to finish up the work on the side, both movers left. The reason they left because it was hot out side and it was too much work, I was told by Moving Pros the night before my move that they would stay until the job is done. The movers ghosted me and never called me back to do the work and left me in a bad spot. I called Moving Pros that night and we had a bad connection and was told they would call me right back, no ONE ever called me back, I called them back and got a voice mail. I called hire helper and they just quote policy that I only booked 2 hours so they would only have to stay one hour over, even though the lady from moving pros told me they would stay until the job was done, I will never use moving pros or hire helper again.

Movers showed up late, required us to call them and give directions even though we are easily found via GPS. Upon arrival immediately took smoke break (first of 4 in 3hours), one mover was on a personal call in his earpiece the entire time. Took over an hour to get out first item in the truck. Slowest movers we have ever experienced. They followed us to the destination and they drove 15mph under the speed limit the entire way. Definitely milked the clock and successfully got an extra 90min out of us which should have never happened.

Overall they did a good job. We were told they were going to be there between 1:00 & 2:00 pm and showed up at 10:30 am. it just so happened we were there at the garage apartment when they did. It was better for us but if we hadn't been there it could have been a pretty good delay. The guys were hard working and polite but they did scratch the front of the refrigerator door a little getting it out the front door. Again, overall they did a good job.
