First and foremost, the crew that arrived at my home to pack my PODS was professional, hard working and respectful. Great work ethic. My negative rating is with the company owner, Brandon. Unfortunately, by no fault of the crew, they arrived without any packing/ moving supplies that I had requested when booking this job. The owner forgot to tell the crew what was needed/requested to bring. Unfortunately after the crew arrived and I was told they had no supplies, I had to run out to Home Depot and purchase all the supplies to get back asap as the crew was on the clock. This added a tremendous amount of stress to my move day!
When I contacted Brandon upon my return, he did not return my call for a couple hours, all the while texting his crew in the meantime. When I spoke with him and explained the situation, he apologized for not telling the crew to bring supplies but offered no compensation for my inconvenience at all. When I questioned this, his response was “ you would have had to pay for the supplies anyway and pay a little more on top of that because we supplied them. Why would I compensate you?”
If I had a choice again to book with this company, I would decline strictly due to the lack of customer service, understanding or empathy from the owner Brandon. Very disappointing.
We do want to clarify that when bookings are made through PODS or third-party sites, the details regarding supplies are handled on their end. Our company specializes in labor-only moving services, and 99% of jobs booked this way are for labor only, with the customer providing their own packing materials. Unfortunately, in this case, we were not made aware that supplies were being requested, which is why the crew arrived without them.
We understand this caused you additional stress, and we’re sorry for the inconvenience it created on your moving day. Going forward, we always encourage customers who may need materials to confirm this directly with us ahead of time, since it avoids any mix-ups with third-party systems.

The crew that was sent were good workers but they clearly had no experience in packing containers for moves.
Upon their arrival, I immediately told them I was concerned that my household belongings would not fit into two containers so I wanted to prioritize the packing. He told me "he had my back" and there would be no issues. Then he proceeded to pack an entire 16ft container with BOXES ONLY. This is totally wrong. By the time we got to the second container and started loading furniture, there was no way my priority furniture was going to fit. Needless to say, I had to get a THIRD container, it cost an additional $2,000 plus another day of packing costs. There is no question that furniture should have gone in first with boxes filling the holes. Then, I could have prioritized the load and left what I really didnt need. Their lack of experience cost me thousands of dollars.
Also, I am VERY concerned about the way my sofa was packed, with very heavy mattresses on top of it. At that point, he knew he wouldn't get it all in and I think was just jamming the stuff to fit as much as he could. We will see, but this is an expensive sofa and it will be an issue if it is damaged. I plan to take a photo of how it was loaded before they take it out. A MESS - IS MY REVIEW.

These two movers arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They worked super hard, efficiently, and were polite and thoughtful. Packing a pod requires a different strategy than just loading a truck and they were good at repositioning and resetting already packed items. I appreciate the amount of dedication they put into this work. I would recommend them and use them again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking us our customers will experience the whole first class package, their entire moving process will be smoothe and hassle free. We understand the value of communication, once ordering we will contact you to firm up the details and in closure we always provide our customers with a 24/7 call or text number so we can help answer any additional questions and/or to make any changes if need be.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect us to arrive early-on time & uniformed ready to take on any challenges. We always come equipped with 2 four wheel dollies, 1 convertible hand truck, basic hand tools to disassemble and reassemble furniture. If the job is a load and unload of a truck we will also provide ratchet straps to prevent any belongings from moving within the truck during transit.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should be sure that everything is packed, boxed and ready to go. This ensures the quickness of your movers.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all kinds of moves. Piano moving, pool table moving, safe moving, junk removal, relocating items within the home, loading/unloading all size trucks, abf trailers, pods, pack boxes and vans. We have also handled long distance moves, local moves, across sate moves, office moves, medical equipment moves, entertainment props and flooring moves. etc

My favorite part of being a mover is being able to help every day people, from all different backgrounds and interests, with getting their belongings from one place to another at ease. Being as flexible as we are we are ready for anything at anytime of any given day. I enjoy providing fast and reliable hassle free moving services with unbeatable pricing for the high quality moving services that we always provide.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our professional movers are trained to load a truck, abf container, pods, upack boxes , storage units, etc Using ratchet straps or rope to secure items. They all also know how to properly cover furniture using moving blankets to prevent scratches. Also using shrink wrap for more delicate goods such as a dining room hutch or a grandfather clock for example. We are all comfortable moving heavier items with our 6 wheel dolly such as a piano or a safe.
