I got a conformation email but no call & if I hadn't of called them they'd never showed up because he didnt remember confirming my reservation. They finally showed up around 1 p.m. They got our uhaul loaded but it wasnt a very pretty job, the unloaded we used were in total shock of how our things were loaded. Now our adjustable bed doesnt work which we didnt know until we got it to another state & I found ashes from 1 of the guys who was smoking in our uhaul on our brand new couch & a cigarette burn on my mattress. I would definitely not recommend this moving company, we do recommend porter, which is who unloaded our truck.
