They were on time and prepared to go to work. The guys were very friendly and I would recommend them. I also would use them again.

The crew arrived within their time window and worked hard continually in the heat. They were respectful of property and did a good job arranging items in the POD using the blankets, bands, and straps I provided to them.
The only issue was I was told they could be held beyond the allotted two hours for an additional hour if needed. But their schedule did not allow for a hold-over of more than 30 minutes. They did respond to my request to focus on moving the heavy furniture items, leaving us with some boxes to handle. I would use them again!

I hated to give this low of a review because the 2 movers I had Robert and David were fantastic. They arrived on time, worked hard and did a great job. The reason for my low review is because there was a third helper with them Marquis. Who showed up under the influence of drugs and sat around most of the time. It became so bad I spoke to Robert and David and they agreed with me about it being very unprofessional and apologized repeatedly. At this time Marquis went and sat in the car the remainder of the time. I was appalled at the level of professionalism. I did call the following Monday to report, but was given the runaround and still yet have not received a call back about this incident.

These folks were fantastic! They worked really hard, didn't flinch at my heavy boxes, made easy work of the couch-vs.-narrow-entryway acrobatics that puzzled my last movers, and Tetris'd my boxes into my moving container more densely than I thought possible. They had a good system where two guys carried things down and the third packed things in and strapped them down as he went. Very efficient and highly recommended.

They were on time but had a hard time loading the truck timely. I literally had twice as much stuff moving there and they took longer with the half load. Items were packed precariously. Took me an hour to repack the back of the 26ft UHaul box truck to the best of my ability by myself. I had to leave behind some things because of their poor packing. They didn’t use the plastic or packing quilts provided to protect my two off white sofas, two TVs and 5’ mirror. Furniture was damaged. Not a good experience.
