They were on time. They were respectful. But bottom line I had to hire help to repack front portion of pod to get in stuff they couldn't fit.

First, no phone calls from them about my job, I did all the calling!! Second when someone finally showed up to pack my truck, they were a 1 1/2 hr late and they were the emergency crew. The guys were nice enough but didn't pack my truck right (all the heavy stuff was to the back) which made the handling of the truck terrible!! Also weren't very careful with the handling of my stuff! They broke a knob off my antique dresser and some of my crystal got broken!! I will never use them again or recommend them to anyone!!

Very pleasant on the phone agreed to Date & time. Then no call back on the date of service finally got through only to be told one crew never showed and another crew was on the side of the road with a flat tire. I asked if they were still coming was told yes. But it would be more than a half an hour. We agreed I would go eat dinner and they would call me to let me know what time they were coming . Never heard after four hours had to call customer service and book a new company which was not available till the next day. Stuff happens but it's inexcusable that they didn't call me and keep me informed I could've booked a new company earlier in the day when they knew they were short. and completed my move as it affected many people. Very inconsiderate . I was not charged customer service was very helpful hire a helper is not a scam but you better have a backup plan in case . Each individual company operates very differently the only guarantee is you don't pay until you call and say the job is completed and you're satisfied.

I reached out to Roman Clark twice the week before we were scheduled to move and twice he said he would reach out to my parents who were the ones using the actual moving service. He never reached out and finally the day of my mother called at 1:30 and they confirmed they were on the way. 4 hours later they were no where to be seen and did not respond to any phone calls, emails or texts. Needless to say I do not recommend this company and advise Roman to learn how to run a proper business.

Excellent job. Arrived at scheduled time. Were very careful in handling and packing furniture. Both men were extremely hard workers. I would definitely use The Right Choice Multi-Service Pros again and highly recommend them.

They were professional in greeting me and making me feel welcome in a new city! During the move they were quick and careful with my belongings. I highly recommend you choose this mover and at least one of these team members.

The 3 person team that came to unload our moving truck was professional, polite, and upbeat. They were very efficient in the method that they used to unload the truck and bring the boxes/furniture in the house. They asked for my direction and asked for clarification when needed. They were very careful with our boxes, furniture, and home. The team finished in less time than I had anticipated and were great! Thank you!
