caught one guy on the phone and when he saw me he hung up! they also packed totes first and left my new furniture out of the pod. I even told them take furniture first, but they did not listen! I had to rent a uhaul to get my good furniture in. I am very upset over taking unimportant things instead of the important furniture.
They were nice guys, but I think they need some training on how to pack a pod and listen to the homeowner when they are told to do something
