They did a great job. Very polite and efficient. We had rain the whole time and they didn't complain at all, but just kept going. And when our truck got stuck in the mud, we couldn't finish the same day, they came back the next day to finish.

Overall it was a good experience. It's a family run business operated by the mom, Linda, of one of the crew members and overall they do a good job. They provided a hour window between 9am-10am but showed up around 10:30am which my type A personality didn't like. After I shared my frustration, 2 of the 3 crew members were kind of butt hurt about it for about an hour and didn't say a word to me. Just worked. So my feedback for that is roll with the punches better. Customers will give you crap sometimes and my frustration was valid.
The job itself was great. They finished at 2 hours on the dot and i tipped them generously for a job well done. I would have loved for them to help me put my bed together but I let it go.
I recommend this crew and hope they take seriously that it is important to be punctual for jobs. I think they will.

Wonderful job Fawn and helper. They were running late because of traffic but I was continually updated. Completed the job in the time I paid for. Very careful with my belongings. They worked nonstop to complete the job so as to not charge me additional money. I would recommend Fawn to others. Very professional and organized

They were late due to traffic, but they had three people so they finished the job in less than two hours. They worked nonstop and made sure all my boxes were placed where I wanted and even moved things later to make more room.

The movers were great, had no issues with them. We had everything boxed for the most part and the bigger items like couches/tables/entertainment center/nightstands we left. Just needed help loading some of the other heavier items and a treadmill that weights a ton but we/they managed to get it done.
I didn't have any furniture pads but was able to provide them with some blankets and foam padding that they were able to make use of to protect our items like 3 TV's 55 - 65 inches. The Uhaul was loading up nice, compact, and secure and made it to our destination 175 miles away with no issues.
5/5 would use again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Besides a flawless relocation you can expect a Prompt phone call to go over all the details about your move. We also contact you the night before to confirm everything is still on schedule and the day of the move to coordinate our arrival time. You can also expect NO HIDDEN FEES, NO EXTRA CHARGES AND YOU CAN ALSO EXPECT YOUR MOVERS TO SHOW UP ON MOVE DAY PERIOD!!!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect communication from us untill we arrive. When we arrive we will introduce our self's and do a walk through to assess everything that needs to be moved. We will discuss with you the best options to relocate your items tarnish free so we are all on the same page. After the game plan is established you will be amazed with the techniques and equipment we use and blown away by our packing skills. So keep your expectations HIGH!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important thing a customer can do is provide adequate protection for all there items such as moving pads bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Also let us do all the packing of the pod or truck. Make sure everything is packed in boxs and all units that need disassembled are broke down and ready to go.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The best part of moving is being able to take away the stresses that come with relocation for all of our customers! We enjoy helping the average hardworking American. There is nothing like the feeling of appreciation after a flawless relocation!!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
LMM is a family owned company that has passed down moving experience generation after generation. When we are training new employees we always send a 3rd man at no extra charge so that way the customer will always have 2 experienced movers at all times. This has been our practice for years and it is very effective ending in no damage to our customers belongings!!
