Guys were amazing. Called me before arriving and got straight to work when they arrived. They walked through what I had and how I wanted everything packed. They packed the truck very well and very quickly with great care of my furniture. They had all the equipment need to complete the job and finished earlier then the time allotted even though it was very hot. They made sure to go through everything before leaving to ensure I was happy. I can't recommend them enough. They make a stressful job very simple.

Excellent crew. They were in communication with me throughout the day prior to show up and were prompt. Once here, they were friendly, respectful, and considerate of my belongings and home. I was amazed at how efficient they were and shocked at the packing skills! (Made my one pod seem three times the size.) Packing took much less time than I had anticipated. Not to mention, all of this in the midday 100degree Florida sunshine. Definitely went above and beyond. I would highly recommend their services and would use this crew again in a heartbeat.

I took away one star because the crew was scheduled to arrive 9-10AM and didn't show up until after 11. While my move-in time was flexible, some aren't, and punctuality is important. Otherwise, everything was great. They brought hand trucks to efficiently move boxes and furniture. They were mindful of bumping walls/doors and didn't damage anything at all. They worked very hard the entire time, and were able to unload a full 16 foot moving truck including boxes and some large furniture pieces into a second floor apartment in about 30 minutes, which impressed me. I would definitely use them again.

The crew worked through brutal heat conditions. I planned the move-in would take 4 hours and they finished a little early. They were on time, polite, friendly, and did extra things like tighten screws on furniture and re-arrange rooms when requested.

Hard working team of 3. They cubed out a 16 ft truck twice perfectly and cubed out 2 storage lockers at the other end. We loaded our second trip and got to locker just a few minutes late and were locked out. My stomach dropped and I thought for sure they were going to get real upset and leave it was 10 pm. They didn’t complain at all, we went back to my garage, unloaded the truck. They offered to come back next day and take the load to the locker, that was truly a gift. People show their true colors in times of distress, and this team stepped up and went beyond the call. Hire this team and you won’t have to worry about their integrity!

I hired this team of movers a few months ago and they did such a great job then that I hired them again! The first time I hired them they emptied an 8'x8'x16' pod from Pak Rat. This time they emptied a U-Haul trailer. Both times they brought everything up in an elevator to the 4th floor. I HIGHLY recommend them. The 3 Man Special is a great deal. The team of Brian, Fawn, and Dakota are very hard working and careful with everything they touch. They are polite. They were very considerate of the fact that I am not able to lift heavy objects and made sure to place everything exactly where I wanted it. Great job!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

We also contact you the night before to confirm everything is still on schedule and the day of the move to coordinate our arrival time. You can expect communication from us untill we arrive. When we arrive we will introduce our self's and do a walk through to assess everything that needs to be moved. We will discuss with you the best options to relocate your items tarnish free so we are all on the same page. After the game plan is established you will be amazed with the techniques and equipment we use and blown away by our packing skills. So keep your expectations HIGH!!
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
The most important thing a customer can do is provide adequate protection for all there items such as moving pads bubble wrap and shrink wrap. Also let us do all the packing of the pod or truck. Make sure everything is packed in boxs and all units that need disassembled are broke down and ready to go.

The best part of moving is being able to take away the stresses that come with relocation for all of our customers! We enjoy helping the average hardworking American. There is nothing like the feeling of appreciation after a flawless relocation!!!
What training do you provide your crew members?
LMM is a family owned company that has passed down moving experience generation after generation. When we are training new employees we always send a 3rd man at no extra charge so that way the customer will always have 2 experienced movers at all times. This has been our practice for years and it is very effective ending in no damage to our customers belongings!!
