They were exactly on time- 8am on the dot. Polite, pleasant and clean. I had heard so many horror stories of movers not showing up I was nervous. Labor Day weekend September move in is so crazy in Boston- we were thrilled with them- they did exactly what we needed. Wd definitely recommend!!

There is no way around it: moving in Boston on September 1 is a nightmare. Add in the complication that my belongings were in a tractor trailer that had been stored for 2 months and then driven from Virginia, and it felt like a nightmare. Not knowing when the trailer would be delivered on the 1st was no problem for Jim and his team. They came 45 minutes after I notified them of the trailer's arrival, which was light years faster than I anticipated. The two-person team got the work done in slight rain, were extremely careful with my things, and did everything before the 3-hour window closed. They even lugged my large sofa several times in an attempt to get it in the condo (unsuccessful despite all their efforts). Communication from Jim is outstanding, and I would recommend them and use them again in a heartbeat.

Showed up late. Did not have any tools or dollies. Unloaded by hand. Wife and I had to help or they would not have gotten done on time despite 3 hour window. They were nice guys otherwise. Not having dollies or other stuff prevented them from taking multiple boxes in one load....

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I enjoy working with the public and making the hard task of moving easier.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew members watch training videos, spend time with each of our crew members and get on the job training.
