Good afternoon Ms June. Your updated review is not true. We used the blankets you provided for the items you wanted wrapped. We advised you that we dont not provide blankets for one way moves. We were there to only load. I explained to you myself that we will not be responsible for any damages on a one way move and we do not provide blankets. Because we are not driving the truck anything can happen. Again my movers used what your provided to us. I apologize for any misunderstanding but I personally told you that you had to provided blankets. We take great pride in our work and we will go out of our way for our clients as you alluded to your original review.

Good evening I just read your review in regards to my company. You booked us for 3 hours because i just opened up the work order to make sure and it was 100 percent for 3 hours which my guys did work the entire time. As for text and rebooting we absolutely have no control over that, once order come in we execute the move so I have no clue about that and once again I can assure you it wasn't my company. We did not just throw your items inside the truck, you had a lot of loose and miscellaneous items that we had to be put in last and they were placed inside the truck once we got all of the big items in. The reason it took that amount of time(which is the time you requested) is because we understand that you have to drive and we try our best to make sure your items arrive safely. I apologize for your experience but I can assure you that my guys went above and beyond for your move. I pride myself on customer satisfaction
