The guys were great. Showed up a little late but not too bad. They were very efficient in moving the things I'd asked for, PLUS they moved a loaded chest of drawers that I had planned to move myself. Very clean, super friendly, and good conversationalists. I'd hire them again in a minute!

If you do not want your things scratched, dented or broken off I recommend that you DO NOT go with Jon's Friendly Movers. My nice king headboard and footboard both have huge dents and chips in the wood. My nice big dresser handle broke off. The base of my 55" LED TV was broken. They were not professional at all during majority of the move. One of the movers was talking on the phone majority of the time and both movers were moving at a very slow pace. I was not impressed with their service at all. And after repeatedly mentioning to use the moving blankets to protect my furniture they still did not use the moving blankets. Just because you can pick up boxes and furniture does not mean you should start a moving company. These guys need to learn how to handle delicate furniture and learn how to be professional while on the job. I strongly do not recommend.

Amazing job. They arrived early and got straight to work. Bottom of dresser was broken but it was old and not expensive, so we are not upset. They were polite and efficient. Highly recommend.

The two young men who moved us August 10th were absolutely wonderful! They were on time , prepared , respectful, efficient,
hard working and really careful moving all of our furniture and boxes. They paid special attention to fragile items and treated them like their own. When they unloaded our items at our new home they took the time to ask where we would like each item. They even put all 3 beds together!! I have never had such great service. I would definitely hire them again. Thank you !!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides the customer with clear communication on the date, time and location for the move. We walk you through each step of the move and will recommend an appropriate time expectation, size of truck and number of staff that is needed to facilitate the move. We answer all questions so that the customers feels comfortable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will arrive on-time , if not early, and in uniform to begin the moving process. Jon's Friendly Movers communicates time expectations, asks for clarity, if needed, and handles the details so you do not have too.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Jon's Friendly Movers provides tips and information in order to help the moving day run smoothly. We think of the things you may not be aware of since friendly moving is what we offer. For example, we recommend the customer keeps a running list of what needs to be done, to obtain any packing supplies if needed, to have your phone charged (the charger may get packed), to leave out some basic cleaning supplies and to be prepared to do one last walk through to make sure nothing gets left behind.
What types of moves have you handled?
Jon's Friendly Movers does local, long-distance and office moves. We offer loading / unloading from house to house, house to storage unit, moving offices and relocation across states.
