The two men from Lloyd's were very nice to deal with, friendly and professional. They were actually able to come unload my POD on March 5 -- one day earlier than I booked which was good for me. They were careful with my things, made sure they didn't track in mud, etc

We hired three movers to help pack our 4-bedroom home into a UPack. The first two movers arrived on time, were very respectful, and got started right away. They were waiting for the third, who clearly had the expertise to load the truck efficiently. For the first hour, everything went smoothly.
Unfortunately, the lead mover injured his back and eventually had to leave. He couldn’t find a replacement, and without him the plan fell apart. The two remaining movers stuck with it long after they expected to, doing their best to keep things moving despite being exhausted and without proper direction. That said, they were clearly overwhelmed. Most of our belongings were brought out to the garage, but the truck was not well organized. In the end, furniture, boxes, and even their own gloves and packing knives were left behind. My husband and I had to step in and finish the job ourselves, which was exhausting and stressful.
I know injuries and bad days happen, and I truly appreciate the effort of the two movers who stayed and tried to help. But without backup planning or stronger support, the experience really impacted our move in a negative way.
