What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer should expect a stress free move after booking with us. Starting off with a phone call getting all the information we would need for move. With a simple step questionnaire we will get the basics of the move. Then to a detailed phone call getting the further information on move. After that, in a few days you can expect a knock on the door from us
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A customer can expect us showing up to moving day on time because we want to show our customers how diligent and dependable we are, plus we respect your time. Our team will have a plan on how to move the belongings in a quick, efficient way.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All customers are going to prepare different on moving day. The more you are prepared for us, the easier the move will be. Sometimes we have packing jobs, so we fully prepare customer for move. When customer is packed up and organized the move runs so smoothly
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled an abundant amount of jobs, from long distance to local moves. Locally we have did well over 500 moves in the Hampton roads area. That’s residential and commercial moves. We have did long distance moves to places such as Florida, Georgia, Maine, and North Carolina to name a few.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Me personally, my favorite part about being a mover is seeing the sigh of relief on the customer’s face when meeting me. I understand how stressful a move can be and nobody wants their belongings damaged from lack of care or just not being strong enough to handle the weight of furniture. But seeing the customer being able to relax and be comfortable around us while we move is a great thing. While providing a 5 star service
What training do you provide your crew members?
Starting off we provide a hands on OFF job site training. Handling regular household items making sure everyone has proper technique and good hand placement. From there we teach them on how to properly wrap furniture with pads and plastic wrap. Finally on how to pack and stack furniture in truck. Once comfortable with all steps trainee will accompany a crew on a job to assist their needs and eventually will be able to do real move

We charge an extra 15% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
