Andre and Terry finished unloading our 8x8x16 POD in under two hours. They arrived early and prepared with a dolly, drills, and other helpful moving equipment. They skillfully maneuvered my giant couch through a very narrow doorway without any hesitation. Terry hardly stood still for a drink of water in the 2 hours he was here.
The workers didn't mind moving the same piece of furniture to another room when I changed my mind. They were courteous and considerate of placement (centered under the window, in the corner, etc) and asked me what I preferred while they worked. They were very conscientious of the walls and door jams. They rubbed the wall in three small spots at the base of the stairs and marked them with painters tape, showing their integrity not to hide any mistakes.
Andre and Terry are a great team! Highly recommend!

The two men ( Andre and Terry) who helped load our POD did an awesome job! They had everything loaded in only 1hr and 15min, and were very strategic and careful when loading our POD. They were professional, courteous, and timely, plus they didn't make you feel guilty for speaking up if you wanted something that was already loaded padded more/differently etc. Would definitely recommend this crew, it was the least stressful move we have had yet! We even checked out of our rental home earlier than planned. Thanks guys!

Just moved to Tacoma. I booked them on the way to Washington, a day before we needed unloading services. It was easy to book the service and those 2 helpers who came were communicative about the schedule and some changes (traffic was bad and they were about to be late and they called us enough advance). Once they got here, they were quick! 2 hours was enough for 2 bed rooms apat. We recommend this company :)

Jimmy and Bubba were friendly, competent movers and did a great job unloading our pod. They went the extra mile to make sure we were happy with their services. The rate was competitive and they arrived 5 minutes early! We highly recommend The Works Services fir your move.

The crew called early to say they were running a little late and showed up at exactly the time they changed to. They were prepared with a hand truck, were very careful with everything and did a speedy job. Yes, I would hire them again!
