Mike, Sr and Carl were fantastic! They arrived early and got right to work. They were very personable, polite, professional, and extremely efficient. They offered extra help with placement of items and made sure they put things where we wanted them. You get what you pay for, they say. Next Gen provided me a moving quote less than half the price of two competitors. The service times were booked and confirmed through their website in advance. But at a bargain basement price, I shouldn't be surprised that on the day of the move, they were a no-show, leaving me to pay even more for another company to come out, on short notice, on a weekend, to provide the work, and costing me extra fees for extra days of use on the shipping container.
Cross country moves do not happen on a whim. Every day and minute of my move schedule has had to be carefully coordinated. Next Gen ruined weeks of planning and cost me several extra hundred dollars in moving costs and freight container rental. As a first experience with local businesses in my new community, Next Gen has given me the impression I live in a rural wasteland, where even basic professional courtesies, like showing up for work, don't apply. Cannot recommend!
