Jim and Eric did good work for us, and helped us fit a lot of stuff into a small truck. They were friendly, fast, and hard working on one of the most humid days we've had this year. I'd recommend them! they were pretty close to their expected arrival time, and set up our appointment well in advance.

The guys were punctual and friendly. They worked quickly and efficiently. I didn't love the way they stacked some of my belongings in my storage unit but they were happy to re-arrange when I nicely asked them to. Amazing value for the price, I would recommend them.

Note worthy is the owner of this company was not there to supervise as he advised me he likes to be there, so he had to send some of his guys to do the job. We were made aware of this but we could not change our schedule. While the two young men were polite, on time and were not slackers, they clearly did not know how to pack a truck for moving. They put heavy boxes on light boxes, loaded our freezer chest (without our knowledge) with a heavy car jack and other heavy wooden items which left permanent scratches and scuffs that can not be cleaned. At least we can still use this freezer. They did not wrap our recliner with the moving blankets we provided for them. The result was a recliner with a hole in the back large enough to put a finger through and dirt that can not be cleaned. A small wooden table had a broken leg due to how boxes had been stacked on it. Many of our heavy duty plastic storage bins (which had been used before) were all caved in and had to be thrown out. Boxes marked fragile were not carefully packed as the boxes came back crushed. They did not come prepared and we had to give them a dolly to use. I could go on but I think I made my point.

Jim and Colin were great! They were on time, careful and conscientious with some large pieces of furniture that needed to be moved down a small stairwell. They were also very accommodating when we asked them to come to my new place to help unload. (I wasn't planning on having them do that, but they got everything I wanted them to move downstairs and into the van in an hour, so we had time for that!)

Jim and Jim showed up about 10 minutes earlier than expected and went right to work. They were careful with the furniture and finished earlier than expected as well.

They showed up right on time and got to work immediately. I'm not sure they even stopped for a break, they just kept going to the truck and bringing more in. They handled items with care especially going up a small curved staircase. Very nice guys and I'd use them again.

Jimmy and Erik were just about super-human during our move. They helped move us into a fourth floor walk-up apartment and did the job with professionalism, care, and above all else speed. The stairs aren't easy to walk up without a load, but they carried load after heavy load without even stopping to catch their breath. I was beyond impressed and very thankful to have their help. I would recommend them to anyone looking for moving labor help.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will call you the day of the move and keep in contact with you through out the day. We will swiftly and carefully move all your belongings. We will be polite, respectful, and honest.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
You should have everything already boxed. Unless you need help with disassembly, everything should be disassembled with all the matching pieces secured with the item. You should pick up your moving truck prior to your scheduled start time with us.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have done small and large houses in MA, RI, NH and ME We have moved offices, hospital equipment, and carried, set up and broke down equipment for several production companies including the Boston Red Sox.
