The crew that came out (Jaylen and team) were kind, efficient and filled the pod to the brim. The way they loaded the pod reminded me of Tetris too! I really appreciate how quick and adaptable they were. It made the move incredibly smooth.

What an all around wonderful experience! Minutes after making the reservation online I received a call, we were able to go over everything on the phone so they knew exactly what I was looking to do!
Showed up on time, they were friendly and efficient. They took care of my grandmother’s China cabinet like it was their own.

They made all the stress disappear. They loaded everything in the allotted time and were careful. They made it all fit in the pod I had. I had a snafu in times but they were able to accommodate me.

Did not arrive on time. Zero communication during the promised window. I had to call and ask where they were, was told 20 minutes ended up being 30 minutes past the window.
The manager told me he’d send 3 people “because it’s more efficient that way” but only sent 2 (which is fine because that’s what I paid for)
The guys worked hard but didn’t knock upon arrival, they just let themselves in. Their attention to detail was okay, a few scuffs and scrapes on my furniture. I will look elsewhere next time I need helpers.

I have never had such an easy and pleasant move! I needed help loading my 1 bed apt into the pod and this company had excellent reviews. But still I was skeptical. In the past I’ve had movers refuse to take items upstairs and put the beds back together. Also I’ve had them forget to deliver items. And overall with angry attitudes. NOT with these lovely people! I called ahead and asked if they would be able to help put the mattress bag on, disassemble the bed frame, and remove my mirror from my dresser. They said no problem, we’re here for 2 hours! On the day of they were friendly and positive and no complaints about my heavy book filled boxes or wood cabinets! They packed that pod perfectly, like Tetris experts. I recommend them so highly, I’ve never had such a great experience moving

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. We'll professionally load & unload including any assembly or disassembly. We bring tools, dollies and moving blankets. We ALWAYS show up and work hard.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
