They arrived within the time window, ready to go!
Since everything was wrapped and boxed up, it was about loading the Pod itself. I was amazed at their strength to carry heavy items without the need for equipment. Didn't have any appliances, but lots of furniture, boxes, and totes.
Because my apartment was heavily furnished, took about 3 hours total. I was so concerned about my Pod not having enough space, but they made it all fit; I even had room leftover for more stuff!

They did a nice job. They were careful but efficient and moved us out in the 2 hour slot. They wrapped items we requested with the blankets and plastic we provided well. They were super friendly and arrived on time. They packed the truck nice and tight and nothing was damaged beyond a minor issue with a tile mirror. Very pleased with them.

DO NOT BOOK WITH GO HARD TRANSPORTS.
TLDR: Owner is very rude and unprofessional . The movers will show up late and no one will communicate ahead of time about the delay.
They are extremely unprofessional and have horrible communication. Before and during the 1-hour time frame that the movers were supposed to arrive, this company did not contact me first with an eta. I had to reach out to them and when I did I received a “who is this?” And then no response for 30 minutes! I called, texted, and emailed to inquire on when the movers would arrive but received no response until 15 minutes past my reservation time and the movers didn’t show up until 30 minutes later. There was absolutely no communication ahead of time that the movers would be late and I ended up moving half the stuff myself even though I paid $260 for this service. Absolute scam and the owner Steve Martinez is very rude, unprofessional, and unapologetic even though he was in the wrong. Do yourself a favor and book with another company.

The lead, Bryant, is a very good mover and is a lead.
Unfortunately, his helpers were not very good. They were not hard workers and didn't know what to do without Bryants direction
