ProLoad helped me move locally (within the county) recently. Although initially it was challenging reaching them directly by phone; however because it was during a holiday week, I did receive a response before the move occurred. Noah and his helper communicated the arrival time and the rest of the move went well. Noah also helped consolidate existing items in the garage in order to make room for storing my items. They were respectful of the other tenant and overall, PROVIDED EXCELLENT SERVICE. I would highly recommend them for Bay Area moves.

These guys were AWESOME!! As it turned out, they were the same guys who LOADED my POD back the first of August. I was making a long distance move, got to my new location, hated it so I came back to the Bay Area but in a new location. It was like a family reunion when they showed up this morning...a happy surprise! This company does a fantastic job and the customer service, hard work and friendliness of they employees makes it easy to highly recommend them to anyone needing moving services. Thank you so much!!

Eduardo and Dominique were super hard workers, they arrived ahead of schedule and were fast and efficient. They were respectful and careful with all of my stuff, and even helped me put things together and park my moving truck. Luckily I had a hand truck with me (they did not), which was really important being upstairs, so if you need one just be sure to request that they bring one order one from the truck company. Otherwise awesome and I would definitely recommend. They did a great job.

The movers were a few minutes late to the job site, but jumped right into the move. I had completed most of the packing and wrapping of furniture, but I quickly realized that they could more quickly and easily wrap and protect the large furniture better than me. They packed the POD I had rented excellently and finished everything I needed in the allotted time.

the two men, Carlos and another person are very professional. Knew how to expertly load the POD. Were timely and very wonderful to work with. On time, prepared for the job, worked very hard, were respectful of my property and goods. Yes I would use them again.
