The guys did a good job. Were courteous and hard working. I only had one "pods" type unit to unload and it took them under an hour, even though I had paid for two. Not their fault, just the way things happen. The main guy seemed experienced and organized. His helper seemed to be a guy he picked up along the way, or someone who was newer. He wasn't in "work clothes" like the main guy was and it only concerned me because I wasn't sure how the liability issues work if he wasn't actually employed by the company. I may have just been paranoid, but you never know what can happen if someone gets hurt in your home. That said, I don't know for sure if he was an actual employee or not and I don't have any complaints about the work. Both guys were good. Only a few scratches on the walls from moving my furniture in and that's to be expected for the most part.

Noah Brown and Kevin (don't know his last name) loaded my POD in record time, with amazing knowledge of how to do it in a way that I could have never figured out! They were very careful, professional, courteous and kind. I was so pleased and impressed, I requested them for my brother's POD which they will be loading tomorrow. Thank you so much, Anne Giddens

I'd highly recommend ProLoad!! They were 100% accommodating in the unloading of my POD. I booked this a day in advance with short notice, so when Noah called to confirm last night, he wasn't sure it would work out given the schedule, but I was flexible on the arrival time, so we set it up. The originally scheduled crew got delayed, but he showed up with his son and another mover to get the job done. I'm more than thankful since I haven't seen my belongings in 6 months and just wanted to get it done. They were on time, prompt, courteous, handled my belongings with care and made sure no walks got dinged. Unfortunately they couldn't put anything together by no fault of their own since my packing mover didn't put any hardware with the items. I'll definitely call them back when I find everything...fingers crossed I find it! Lesson learned, hire a certified POD mover!! A++

This team did a good job and worked hard. They treated my stuff well, showed up on time, and brought a dolly to assist. My one complaint is that the amount of time and number of people for the move was VASTLY underestimated. I'm not sure if this is the fault of ProLoad or HireAHelper, but they recommended 2 people for 2 hours to load a one bedroom. It took them 3.5 hours on each end of the move. I would have been willing to hire more people to shorten the time. As it was, I had to do a lot of trips myself and the move still took 8 hours. This put me in an extreme time crunch. Next time I would hire at least 4 people for any apartment with stairs etc.

We had to move our entire 1st floor furniture into our garage to repair the floors. All the movers from this company were incredibly polite and helpful and moved everything according to our direction. The problems I had with the company were related to communication. When we were scheduling the move out, the phone message box was full and no one answered the phone. when we were moving back in and they had not arrived, we called and they had been caught in a traffic jam and were going to be an hour late. No one ever called us to tell us; the only reason we found out was because we called. During the move back in, one mover left his jacket and even though we called many times no one ever called back so we could return the jacket. Twice they said they would come by to pick up the jacket and a new reclining chair we no longer wanted, but they never showed up and they never called. So the actual move went fairly well; the communication part was less than satisfactory,

Noah and Kevin are AMAZING. We were convinced when we picked up our truck that there was no way all of our stuff would fit in it -- no way at all. Not only did they fit all of our stuff, they fit the couch we thought we'd have to leave behind and there was still room left over. These guys are MAGICAL and my new heroes. Thank you!!!
