As if moving wasn't stressful enough, this company made it 10 times worse. They said they were arriving "after lunch". I assumed they meant 1:00. I called to check on them around 11:00 to see if they could come a bit earlier and she said no so we kept the original time. I then get a call around 12:00 saying they were in the neighbourhood but they had already told me that they could not come earlier so I was not prepared. I had asked her to send them to lunch and come back at 1:00 which was the original time. She agreed to do that. When 1:45 came around and they still had not arrived, I called her and she said that they were there at 12:00 and that I had refused them! I never even met them at the door! I explained to her that I was moving out of the country in 2 days and that they needed to come back. She said that they went to another job and that she will try to have them come back when they were done. I never heard from her again. Truly a horrible experience and inept company. Do yourself a favour and go with another company.

These guys were so efficient and on top of it. I couldn't have asked for better help. They showed up on time, had a great rhythm and process and got stuff done! Max and Joe arrived on time and got right to work. They quickly and efficiently wrapped our furniture with blankets and stretch wrap, hoisted a very heavy desk using shoulder straps (amazing) and packed the trailer. They did a great job filling up the spaces with boxes and miscellaneous items. We are very pleased and highly recommend this service!
