They kept us up to date on their arrival time. They were courteous and fast. They worked hard and were very willing to move items to specific areas when asked. Everything came off the truck without damage. Most importantly, they played 80's rock music while working which makes everything seem to go better!!

I would give them 6 stars if you had them. Anna and Tony were awesome. I spoke with Tony when I first requested them. He was extremely knowledgeable and gave me a list of items that would be needed to assist in packing, i.e. (rope, blankets, plastic wrap, etc) .
Tony called the night before the move to ensure no changes. They arrived on-time. They both were extremely cordial and conscientious about their work. They assessed the move and then began wrapping furniture, etc. and then packed the POD with precision.
Tony and Anna are extremely hard workers and it is obvious that they take pride in their business.
I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Were they on time: Yes
Were they prepared for the job: From a materials standpoint, yes. From an urgency to get the job done, no.
Did they work hard: I will let those reading this make their own inference for my comments. We were two and a half hours into the move and not one single room in the house had been cleared.
Were they respectful of your property: They were very respectful up until the point when I pointed out they hadn't cleared one room then Matthew copped a major attitude started slamming stuff around and started moving much faster with total disregard for property.
Would I use them again: The two that showed up were nice enough but I would not hire this company again. The Happy movers company on the other end of my move made the two that I had looked like they didn't have a clue what they were doing.
The move ahead company originally wanted to send four to five people for 7 to 8 hours to move my home and I told them no. Now I know why because A move ahead company definitely likes to get paid by the hour and it shows.
The two that Happy Movers sent me could have done the same job in half the time with a lot more exuberance and class.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
