We were extremely disappointed in this company/service. We booked two movers for two hours about a month in advance. We received a follow-up/confirmation text two days before our move so we thought everything was set. The arrival window was between 9am-10am. 10am shows up but no movers ever did. I called the number provided and it kept going straight to voicemail. I called the parent company and they were able to get me connected to the mover that accepted the job. He told me they "overbooked" and they missed our booking. It was 10:30am at this point and we needed to get on the road by 12pm. They were at a job over an hour away and he said they would get there as soon as they could. We had already started moving things and had two friends helping. It was completely pointless for them to come at that point. We were left in a real bind and thankfully, our wonderful friends took over and we got the rest of the large items without the movers. We will never book with them again and would never refer them to anyone. There was no apology and no sincerity with any sort of communication. We went back & forth with the parent company and eventually got our money back. It was such a hassle.

We hired them to come and help our disabled parents unload a uhaul at 11am on a Saturday. They called to let me know the night before they would not be there until 1pm. At 2pm they still had not shown up. We called and they said they were gonna be at least another hour. At that point, we wouldn't have finished in time to get the uhaul back, so we did it ourselves. When we called to cancel, they made excuses and tried to get out of refunding us. While we did get our refund, I would not recommend their services to anyone.

Arrived on time with everything they needed for our move. They finished in record time, exceeding our expectations. They were helpful with suggestions on placement of our items to make more efficient use of the space we had for our belongings. Would definitely hire them again.

They helped me on March 31. They were very good, they were late coming because of another move, and the building we were in had a noice restriction starting at 8pm. Both of them very quiet and moved everything very well with no one knowing they were even there! The only thing is they had to use the buildings handtrucks, it didn’t look like they had any with them, wouldn’t have been good if the building didn’t have them. But all in all they were good!!

First time using Alpha Moving and they were excellent. Moved from Fort Lauderdale to Kissimmee and the first movers to load our truck were horrible and we were worried that Alpha would also ruin our experience. They weren't. Besides being late cause they were lost (we're in a new development with new street names), they came, unloaded and rocked. We would definitely use this service again and recommend them. 10 stars!!

They were late for the appointment. When there arrived the first hour they really didn’t move anything at all. One of the movers stayed on his phone constantly until I spoke with the owner and told him about my concerns. By then it was too late my time was up. I paid for additional hours to get the job done which I had no problems with but when you see movers taking their time it is concerning. The job did get finished I had 2 damaged walls, some damaged furniture and broken glass. Didn’t know it until the next day. Seems like a new company that needs experience and could be great one day.

The movers got everything into the house in about 1 and half hours, then called for an Uber. When my wife said they still need to set up the beds, they said "why didn't you tell us before we called Uber". So it was what I call a poor time management and lack of concern on their part to make a customer happy. So much for service these days, everyone acts like they're are doing you a favor for just being there. All in all, we give them a 3stars, so if you used them be sure to communicate with them better than we did, assuming they were there to do what "we wanted". Wayne
