The worst service I have ever experienced! These movers are unprofessional, rude, do not care about providing a good service and they will not contact you to address the issues with the customer. The day of my move, 3 out of the 4 showed up and they showed up 2 1/2 hrs LATE. They had no materials and I had to rush to get some additional things last minute. I walked them through the items and explicitly specify that I had expensive furniture that I cared about and to make sure it was properly packed and handled with care. Well, let me tell you these men didn't care, especially the elderly man. He took some many of my furniture and loaded it in the truck without wrapping it and it was too late to bring all that stuff out. He was going to take a glass table and I told him to not take it without handling it properly and he proceeded to get upset at me. Another mover, thought he could handle a very expensive and heavy table by himself and he dropped it to the hardwood floor, which 1) damaged some of my floor and 2) I am worried sick because I don't know if my expensive table is damaged!!!! They also saw me and my mother wrap things up because these people were doing a TERRIBLE JOB and I found another expensive sofa at the front of my house in the muddy floor and they watched me and my mom struggle trying to do this ourselves and they did NOTHING. To made matters worse, the left behind some items and refused to load them inside the dividing wall on the U-Pack. They left part of my large flat TV and I now have to deal with paying additional money to ship these boxes and items separately. After they left, I also found parts of the TV and they didn't make sure parts were together so it's easier for me to find when I unload at the new location. Overall, my experience was really AWFUL and have added so much anxiety and stress to an already stressful process. I called HiredAHelper multiple times and they were not helpful. I also called speedloaders and they never picked up or return my calls and when I spoke with the HiredAHelper representative they wouldn't guaranteed to have the guys come back to put the stuff they left behind into my truck, even though, these movers DIDNT FINISH THE JOB!!!! I am at desbelief at the level of awful service and these companies are SCAMMERS and THIEVES. If you want a good job done, go elsewhere and DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I MADE. YOU WILL

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We call the customer to verify the information provided within 24 hours. At that time we find out the details of the move in order to assist the customer in knowing the materials they will need to prevent scratches and scars. We also call our customers the day before the job in case they are faced with unforeseen changes that require time changes.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a crew that has moving techniques and customer service skills. We bring dollies and a tool kit that includes a drill. We are your personal movers.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Tell your Move Coordinator the details of your moving needs. Speed loaders reaches out to customers prior to move day to assist them with information that lessens the stress.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have experience with household, commercial, international, senior assisted communities and schools. We load/unload/pack/unpack trucks and containers. We move all kinds of pianos including grand and baby grand pianos. We also move gun safes. We are the movers that have Quality assurance managers that are here for logistical questions. We work with real estate brokers move out one customer and moving in the new home owners. We also assist in staging homes that are for sale

What training do you provide your crew members?
We only hire experienced crew members. We train our guys on what our providers require. Our policies require that crew members pad on all 6 sides of a piece of furniture. We take pictures as we load and unload. These pictures are evaluated as the move goes. If something is not done correctly the crew chief is called.
