A phone call to discuss the details as every move is different.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Ideally, everything is packed and ready to go when we arrive. We organize, and load the truck and get on the road.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We like to have everything packed and wrapped and ready to go when we arrive. We are always willing to help with large items and disassembly, as every move is different we care to our customers needs.
What types of moves have you handled?
We do local residential moving for our "bread and butter", but we enjoy the travel and start to finish of long distance moves. We do deliveries for companies North local and Long distance and we have experience relocating offices for corporate gigs.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Moving is hectic and stressful and our customers feel the stress till we get there. When we put the locks on the trucks or customers are relieved and smiling. It's nice to actually help people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our main crew is experienced and professional enough to be beyond the learning curve. But we're humble enough to know when we need help or aren't sure how to handle a situation and we go straight to YouTube University.
