What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A customer can expect for us to follow up him/ her To be sure that there aren’t any changes to the moving date or time.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day we call the customer an hour before arriving to give the customer time to prepare For the move. Once we arrive we do. Last walk through to see what we can load first to make the move go faster
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
By have have everything packed and boxed up to be loaded, in some cases even tagged so that we can move the box’s to the right rooms Color coded tags are always a great Idea
What types of moves have you handled?
I have enjoyed working with all my customers,and I believe all my customers have enjoyed hiring us to help them with the stress of moving.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
I love meeting new people every day and hearing different stories. And experiences they have encountered. And making the move one less project to worry about
What training do you provide your crew members?
My crew is trained to not only load and be careful with the customers items! But I believe no matter how tough it might get always engage with the customer during a move
