What can a customer expect after booking with you?

After booking your move with Moovin & Groovin, you can expect consistent communication and from our team. We will check in a week before your move and 2 days before to see how the packings goin and if there have been any changes. We are always available to talk to in any regard to your move.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

The morning of you will receive a text from the foreman notifying you that the crew is checking out tools and will be on the way shortly followed by a phone call when they are in the truck and heading your way! Once arriving, the foreman will do a walkthrough with you and gather details for a game plan, set up the truck and you GROOV IT while we MOOV IT!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Make sure all walkways are clear and all boxes that are fragile are clearly marked as such.

What types of moves have you handled?

We've handled every move imaginable. From apartments to mansions. Across the stress and across the country. Residential and commercial. Single item and 5 trucks worth of stuff!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Our favorite part about being a mover is no one move is the same, everyday comes with its own set of challenges and the clients we move for are by far the coolest group of folk any mover could ask for:)

What training do you provide your crew members?

Our crew member are put through extensive training in all aspects of moving before they touch your items. From how to maneuver through a home with furniture, to packing and driving the truck, and above all else how to provide exceptional customer service, professionalism, and how to leave our customers with an unbelievable experience they will always remember!:)
