What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day you will receive a text notification that our team is on their way. This notification will include the crews pictures and their names so you will know is coming to help with your move. You should also expect the happiest moving experience you've ever had. Our crew works professionally and diligently to maximize your budget and save you time. We believe in honest, transparent pricing and treating people as if they are our own family.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
We will deliver a checklist that will help you prepare for your move. This includes a lot of details that most people don't consider until the last minute, which adds to the stress they endure during their moving process.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled all types of moves: residential homes over 15,000 sq ft to 1 bedroom apartments. We also specialize in office moves and other commercial moves. We move folks locally throughout central Oklahoma and we also move folks across the country!
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
We love having an opportunity to take a normally stressful process and turn it into something that makes someone smile and say, "WOW". We love what we do, ever single day!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our movers go through an extensive application process and background checks prior to being hired. Once hired they spend significant time in our office learning how to become a professional mover. This includes many training videos, practice wrapping, lifting furniture, carrying, stacking, and packing trucks, as well as training on safety, personal conduct, customer experience, and company expectations. Only 10% of our applicants actually make it onto the Pink Zebra Moving team!
