Tony and Anessa were AWESOME! I told them on the phone I needed two big guys as one of the items was about four hundred pounds. Then this guy and girl show up. My first thought is "she's going to help?". Anessa is "woman, hear her roar". She did more work in that one day then I've done in a month. Not to give her all the credit - Tony worked just as hard. They are both the nicest most personable people you could work with. And they did arrive on time. I recommend them highly!

Fernando and Matthew were on time. They were very friendly and helpful. Despite it pouring rain the whole time they were unloading my moving truck, they remained cheerful and worked very hard. They took great care of my stuff and I would definitely hire them again.

My movers were a few minutes late, but called to let me know they were on the way. They were ready to go as soon as they arrived. On a hot muggy day they stayed on task and finished ahead of schedule. Both were very polite and very respectful to us and to our property. No complaints from them when our original plans for placement of some of the furniture changed. Their comment was we are here to help you move in. Just let us know what you need. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for moving labor help. Jimmy

The guys were fantastic. Protected the furniture by wrapping with their pads and wrapping in plastic. Fit everything in truck. We're very accommodating and friendly.

They were very good and nice. They would have gotten there about 15 minutes early if my directions hadn't gotten them lost haha. They finished about 30 minutes before the 2 hour mark, about an hour in we started joking that they should slow down. There was one guy that seemed a bit newer, he did accidentally drop one of our bins once he got to the bottom of the stairs, but other than that they were perfect. There was another family moving out at the same time as us and it just reaffirmed what a good idea it was to get movers. It made it so much less stressful. My boyfriend and I both told John and Mathew that if we hadn't hired them we would have broken up at least 4 times by the end of the move.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us you can expect a phone call from our offices just to reach out and get a feel for your unique situation. We will go over all needed supplies and firm up all the details.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Upon moving day you will receive a call from your movers within an hour of your booked arrival window. The movers will reach out just to make sure everything is still going according to plan and will give you their expected GPS arrival time. We know that nothing is more stressful than being nervous that the movers aren't gonna show up, so we like to put your mind at ease.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
If you will be hiring us to load your rental truck, trailer or portable shipping container it is imperative that you provide an adequate amount of moving blankets, plastic stretch wrap and rope to avoid serious damage to your items. The blankets can usually be rented with your truck or portable shipping container and are worth every penny. We can provide rope and plastic wrap for an additional fee or it can be purchased at Lowe's or Home Depot in the moving supplies section.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled literally every type of move from local to long distance, from household to office/commercial. We have handled everything from medical equipment to flight simulators and we are equipped to move large items such as pianos and grand pianos.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part about being movers is that we get to help someone with literally the hardest and most stressful task of their adult life.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew leaders are required to have a minimum of 4 years professional moving experience and upon hire, undergo at least 2 weeks of training with the owner of the company (a very particular veteran mover in the industry) before being set free to operate independently. All crew members undergo the same training and we typically only hire crew members who possess at least 2 years minimum professional moving experience. We don't send rookies, period.
