On time and called earlier to ask specific questions about the load. Brought dolly, ratcheted straps (included free). Worked like master craftsmen shaving off 5 feet from estimated load which saved me $$. Absolutely use them and highly recommend.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Mike, Larry, and Pete were so personalable and professionals it really felt like having friends helping us unload. They were so quick and efficient that we got done in about half the time I estimated so they helped assemble our table, arranged our dressers, just made the place feel a little more like home even though we just moved in. They took "going above and beyond" to a whole nother level. I would very highly recommend these guys!!! To Mike, Pete, and Larry; Again, thank you so much! You made what could have been a headache of a night and made it fun and sociable! Thank you!

WE"VE USED A LOT OF DIFFERENT MOVING SERVICES OVER THE YEARS AND ARMSTRONG IS HEAD AN SHOULDERS ABOVE THE REST. All we had to do was get out of the way. They knew how to wrap stuff (get more blankets than you think you will need). The guys knew what they were doing, how to wrap, and how to load the truck. When we got to our destination 140 away they commented on how well the truck was loaded. They had all the equipment they needed, the guys worked steady and carefully, no dents or broken items. We can't recommend them enough...

I would definitely recommend Armstrong! Mike and his crew (2 other helpers) let me know ahead of time that they were running a little late for the appointment (which was fine with me) and went right to work when they arrived. They were very careful and courteous workers and kept me apprised about their progress. They treated my furniture as if it was their own and had no issues unloading the truck. They completed the job in the allotted time and even swept out the truck and folded the furniture blankets so I could return them in proper order to the rental company!

(Read this review like Anton Ego from Ratatouille) It’s a rare experience for my family and I to have a relocation go smoothly. With our last big move to California, we lost half of our valuable belongings due to poor packing courtesy of a lousy moving company who claimed zero responsibility. Having read the reviews for Armstrong among many others, I was confident that these guys were the optimal selection. Let me put any possible concerns you may have to rest; Mike and Larry were accommodating, hard working and professional in every way. These two gentlemen will take excellent care of your belongings and will work their tails off to ensure your goods make it in and in place without a scratch or a ding. Best advice, just step aside and let these two moving magicians do their work, otherwise, you risk getting in their way... and they do move fast. Mike the Mover will remind you to relax and not to stress, just trust him and all will be just fine. We have these two moving wizards coming back in a week to unload our pod #3. Just book them and relax, all will be fine.
