Two men showed up 15 minutes late, but that was not a big problem. Since they were hired to load the truck, great care must be taken during the loading process. Here's the things I found terribly wrong with their decisions during the load process.
1. They started to load boxes in the nose of the truck after I told them to get furniture on first. I only had to make that mistake once and ran out of floor space for heavy items like furniture. I can only assume they've never loaded a truck before.
2. One loader was especially tired and lagging, handling my freight carelessly. One example would be that they set the wardrobe boxes down in a puddle, weakening the box and waiting until I said something to move it out. Even after warning him about a microwave cart where you had to lift it from the base, he carelessly lifted it from it's top and it fell apart.
3. The other loader had my leather chair loaded up against a pointy metal table, had already poked one hole in the back, and ripped the cover and damaged the box spring while disassembling bed. This same loader made numerous mistakes on what goes against or on top of what when it comes to loading. Clear to me that this individual was not an experienced loader.
In summary, I got to the other end without too many damages and they stayed to finish the job. Although pleased the job was completed in the time specified, unhappy with the level of knowledge. Recommend these guys only be hired to unload, but not load household goods on to a moving truck.

The movers were very professional & did a great job of packing some perculiar items. They made it all fit! Very polite & allowed us to just sit back and relax while they did the work on a very hot day! I would absolutely use them again!
