The workers that showed up for our move to load and unload were fantastic! They worked hard and quickly even though it was extremely hot. Unfortunately, the person who schedules appointments was not the best. I reserved the movers for 11:00am. After several changes to the time, they finally showed up at 3:30pm. They did call me to keep me updated on what time they would arrive but it really caused conflicts in our moving day. I scheduled them at the time I did for a reason. Even though the scheduling was bad, I would probably still hire Smooth Movers because of the guys that worked there. They made a difference!

These three gentlemen worked their butts off. I would definitely would recommend them to anybody. They’re great workers.

They hit a wall with a file cabinet and dinged it. They wouldn’t finish even when I told them I’d pay for longer. I feel they should have been able to finish the truck. It was only 15 feet. They would carry up one box at a time. Used my dolly and didn’t bring their own. And they smelled. I know it’s hot but speed stick could have helped.
