The entire crew was fantastic, they were not presented with an ideal situation but were extremely accommodating and helpful, quick and efficient. The website advises again long stories, however it will be to your benefit to read all of this to avoid making the same mistake I did.
While the crew arrived on time, and provided an extra person at no extra charge, and while they were courteous and worked hard, I did have the following issues with this crew and company.
1. They failed to blanket some very expensive (Stickley) furniture, or simply draped the blankets over an item without securing it, and several pieces of furniture received severe damage in the form of scratching and gouging. They actually left 1/2 hour before their time was up, and left about 18 blankets unused in the Uhaul. So they had the time and the resources to do the job correctly but did not. **I actually had most of a roll of 6" shrink wrap that they never asked for although it was visible. And when I asked them if they wanted the blankets brought into the house or left out in the truck, the guy looked confused for a minute, then said "out in the truck is OK".
2. The boxes, which were correctly placed near the back of the van, were "secured" with one piece of 1/8" cord, and the piece they used to "secure" the boxes was made up of multiple small pieces tied together. It did not appear as if any of the furniture pieces in the middle and front of the van were secured to prevent shifting at all. The only rope I found in the van was an approximately 25' length of that 1/4" cord. **I had at least 100' of climbing rope and more of thick cotton rope in my garage, but they did not ask if I had any.
When the unloaders opened the truck they came to get me. All of the boxes had fallen forward in a avalanche onto the rest of the items. Furniture had shifted, tipped over, and had broken pieces.
Because I had signed their form stating I had inspected the load and it was satisfactory (though I could not see through the load to observe their poor blanketing and securing) I do not anticipate any compensation from the company.

I needed help moving a subset of furniture and boxes from the house as I move my parents into a smaller living space. Hire a helper called soon after I ordered their service. They asked excellent questions to ensure my needs were met with their order, checking on what wrapping and tools they should bring. On the day of the move, they showed up on time, and were friendly and wonderful to work with. We had some very heavy pieces of furniture, as well as some fragile pieces, that they carefully wrapped and moved for us. I was very pleased with the job they did, and a little awestruck at the strength they displayed moving a very heavy walnut desk.

Wow, can't say enough good things about these guys. They called to update us on when they'd arrive and arrived right on time. Wasted no time getting to work unloading the trailer. They worked great as a team. Everyone knew what to do and wasted no time standing around. Just needed me to tell them where to put items. They made sure to point out any damage that occured during transport before unloading. They were very careful with my items and caused no damage to items or the house. Did exactly what we requested and unloaded a 26ft trailer in no time. I will definitely recommend them to others and use them again if needed. These guys are the best and I am so grateful that I hired them.

We will assist you from start to finish with all of your moving requests.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day our company will arrive on an agreed time. We will conduct a walk-through of the home noting the items to be moved and their condition. We will systematically load/unload moving truck or POD, ensuring that items are carefully placed and secured to prevent damage during transit. Before we leave the new/old home, we will do a final walk-through to ensure everything is taken care of appropriately.
