Jim and Doug were courteous and personable. They took the time to make sure they did the job right. Although they were there to get the job done, they did not rush and hit walls or break anything. We appreciated the communication from the time they called and let us know when they would be there to listening to us in regards to where things needed to be placed. I would most definitely reccomend this company.

I will use them again in a months time. I dont typically use movers but my mother just had chemo and I injured my foot.
They called 30 minutes before their arrival time then showed up on time. I had rented equipment but they also brought equipment.
They came looked at my job and I told them to do the heaviest stuff first in case we ran out of time. I dont know how but they got it done. They even repackaged an heirloom piece I had.
This was only a temporary move to storage but I will be hiring them to put in all back next month.

They were a great team and accomplished everything they could in the time provided. Very helpful with advice on fixing items broken in transition.
They were about five minutes late and didn’t have a dolly for furniture and appliances. To my surprise that did not slow them down. The movers used their personal vehicle to transfer heavy items. I would recommend and use again!

They were supposed to be there at 11AM. Called and said they would be 30 minutes late. That was good, we were stuck in traffic. Actually did not arrive until after 1:15PM. After they arrived, quickly unloaded the pods.
Apparently HireAHelper did not contact them until late the evening before. So I can not blame the movers.
And yes they were courteous.

I called Matthew Tafoya at the last minute for help moving my son. He responded right away, confirmed two movers for me and they arrived promptly with an hour's notice on the same day. Very professional, helpful, kind and they made the move easy and fast and safe. I am extremely impressed with Matthew and his work. Thanks so much for getting us through a tough time.
